Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format. All figures and tables are included in the manuscript.
- The text adheres to the Instructions for Authors.
- A signed Publishing Agreement has been sent to the Publisher or will be sent. At the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, the review process may start without a Publishing Agreement, but your paper will not normally start production without one.
- You have obtained permission from the copyright holder to include any copyrighted material and any necessary acknowledgements are included in the manuscript.
- This is NOT a revised manuscript. ONLY submit new papers here; revisions should be uploaded through the original submission.
- I have suggested at least two suitable, independent referees and included their contact details either in the covering letter or uploaded as a separate supplementary file.
